Hi there, Rachelle, and welcome to
planDisney!
I always enjoy helping my fellow
Magic Key holders, so let’s get started! This is actually a question I’ve been wondering about, too. I signed into my Disney account online, but I couldn't find this information being tracked anywhere within my account. So, I have two recommendations for you to check on this, Rachelle. First, you can check your email inbox, since you’ll receive an email for every “no-show” you have. My husband missed one of his park reservations recently, and he received a “no-show reminder” email with the subject line, “You Missed Your Reservation.” So, you can search your email inbox with that subject line and see how many you’ve received in the last 90 days.
According to the email, any Magic Key holder who is a “no-show” for 3 reservations in a 90-day window will be unable to make a new reservation for the next 30 days, beginning the day after the third “no-show.” To help avoid another future “no-show,” you’ll want to cancel your reservation by 11:59 PM Pacific Time on the day before your reservation date.
If you aren’t seeing these emails in your inbox, you can also call the special
Magic Key holder phone line at (714) 781-7277, and a Cast Member will be happy to help you determine how many reservations you’ve missed.
Are you taking advantage of the awesome
discounts we receive as Magic Key holders, Rachelle? I love watching the savings with each purchase at my favorite store in
Downtown Disney District, World of Disney! Last but not least, be sure to follow
@disneylandmagickey on Instagram for all the latest news and information.
I hope this information helps. Please stop by with any additional questions you may have… we’re all EARs!
See ya’ real soon,
Kristin
