    We have reservations for Mickey's backyard BBQ .... I wanted to know how long this lasts. we have a 5:30 time.

    Howdy Karen,

    Are you ready for a finger-lickin', hoot-hollerin' and knee-slappin' good time? Well, you are sure to have just that at Mickey's Backyard BBQ. The food is hearty, the music is lively and the fun is never-ending at this wonderful dinner show at The Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort.

    My family enjoyed this event several years ago and lots of fun memories were made. I will never forget my little toddler dancing with Goofy and giggling his heart out. The dinner and entertainment lasted about an hour and a half. We arrived about 40 minutes prior to show time, as that is strongly recommended. The boat launch, which is how we arrived from Magic Kingdom, was a very brief walk from the pavilion where it is held. I would allow plenty of transportation time, so you arrive don't miss any of the fun.
