Hi, We have reservations for Mickeys Backyard BBQ in March, I was just wondering if it is worth booking a fast pass + for illuminations at epcot after the BBQ? We are staying off site but have a car. Thanks

Hello Faith and a warm welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
You've already made a rootin' tootin' dining choice by opting to chow-down with Mickey & pals at Mickey's Backyard BBQ at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground because this hoedown style Dinner Show truly is smokin' with its all-you-care-to-enjoy BBQ picnic feast and toe-tapping country entertainment!
As far as I can see by checking the currently scheduled reservation times for March 2018 Mickey's Backyard BBQ begins at 5.30pm which could allow time to enjoy the BBQ fun before heading across to Epcot in your car for a FastPass+ reservation slot for IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth at the currently scheduled 9pm viewing time.
Another good alternative could be to enjoy a more leisurely paced evening at Mickey's Backyard BBQ and then perhaps spend some time exploring the beautiful Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort settlement and beach including a super fun children's play area before finding a comfortable spot on the beach or marina to enjoy a viewing from across Bay Lake of Happily Ever After from the Magic Kingdom Park - be sure to check scheduled start times for your particular March date.
Wishing you a magical March visit to Walt Disney World Resort.
