    Hello. We have reservations for Mickey's Backyard BBQ and I heard you have to have physical tickets. Where can you pick the tickets up and what time do you need to arrive prior to the show? Thank you!

    Howdy Kasey, welcome back!

    Mickey's Backyard BBQ is rootin'-tootin' fun for the whole family, and the only place in Walt Disney World® Resort where guests can hit the dance floor with Mickey and the gang while enjoying live music - you're in for a knee-slapping good time.

    There are several super convenient ways to pick your tickets up for the show! Here are your options, choose the one that will best meet your needs/timing while vacationing.

    • Tickets may be picked up at the Concierge Desk of any Walt Disney World® Resort hotel! If you are staying at, or visiting, any of our beautiful resorts prior to your Mickey's Backyard BBQ reservation, just stop by the desk, located in the lobbies, and have your tickets printed for you. 

    • Tickets may also be picked up at the event entrance upon arrival. Should you choose this option, make sure to allow a bit of extra time. 

    Guests are encouraged to arrive 40 minutes prior to showtime and it's worth it, entertainment will be on hand to get you in the hoedown spirit.
