I have reservations for May 27-June 1. I did the meal plan. Can I take that off if I decide to?

Hey there, Anna! Welcome to planDisney! It looks like your Walt Disney World vacation is right around the corner. To quote a very famous mouse: “Oh boy!” Before you know it, you’ll be immersed in the magic, enjoying some of the most amazing attractions in the world and all the Mickey-shaped snacks your heart desires.

Dining and snacks are a big part of the fun for my family, so we love the Disney Dining Plan, but it doesn’t fit every vacation plan. You’ll need to speak with a helpful Cast Member on the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations and Tickets line to have it removed. One important note, I chatted with a Cast Member who told me that the Dining Plan can be removed up to 2 days before check-in, which is quickly approaching based on the dates you’ve provided.

Whatever you decide regarding the Disney Dining Plan, you’ll be able to enjoy all the amazing dining locations at Walt Disney World. If you’re looking for some culinary guidance, here are my favorite restaurants at each theme park.

    Magic Kingdom
Quick Service: Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe
Table Service: Jungle Navigation Co. LTD Skipper Canteen

    EPCOT
    Quick Service: Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie
    Table Service: Rose and Crown

    Hollywood Studios
    Quick Service: Ronto Roasters
Table Service: The. Hollywood Brown Derby

    Animal Kingdom
    Quick Service: Flame Tree Barbecue
    Table Service: Tusker House

    BONUS!
Disney Springs: Jock Lindsey’s Hanger Bar
Resort Hotels: Sanaa at Animal Kingdom Lodge- Kidani Village

I hope this information helps with your upcoming vacation, Anna. Come right back if any other questions arise. You’re as welcome as can be at planDisney!

    Magical travels!
