Hello. We have reservations on March 31st for two nights with two say one park a day tickets for my birthday. We are staying at the Paradise Pier Hotel. I was wondering how do we get access to the Disneyland and California Adventure Parks. Thank you :)

Hi Jessica, and happy early birthday to you!

The Disneyland Resort, in my opinion, is the absolute best place for a birthday celebration! On the day of your visit, be sure to pick up a complimentary birthday button at City Hall on Main Street, U.S.A. in Disneyland Park, or at Guest Services in Disney California Adventure Park!

I'm happy to hear that you'll be staying at Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel! If time permits, you must try the rooftop pool located on the third floor! It has a great view and a fun boardwalk-inspired theme! As for access to the theme parks, you have a few options. For Disneyland Park, I recommend boarding the Monorail at the Downtown Disney District station. This will allow you to skip the Main Entrance Front Gates and go straight to Tomorrowland! The Disneyland Monorail is set for refurbishment from February 14, 2022 to March 6, 2022, so it should be ready to go by the time you arrive! For Disney California Adventure Park, I recommend taking a stroll through the Downtown Disney District and walking up to the Main Entrance Front Gates. This will allow you to stop by certain stores, like Starbucks, if you need to pick up any refreshments before your park entry!

And before I let you go, we have to talk about dining reservations! Dining reservations can be booked up to 60 days in advance, so your booking window is just about to open up! These tend to book quickly, especially for the more popular restaurants, such as Blue Bayou Restaurant and Oga's Cantina, so I would make sure to mark your calendar with reminders to book book book!

If you have any more questions, please do come back!

    See ya real soon!
