We have reservations for March with a quick service dining plan. We have food allergies, how do I learn ahead of time which quick service places offer/accommodate the allergy-free meals? It's easier to plan ahead! Are we able to get printed maps ahead?

    Hi Christine!

I completely agree that meal planning to accommodate a food allergy is the way to go! Our family has found that it has been easier to accommodate my son's multiple allergies at table service restaurants, but we do enjoy quick service restaurants often for their quick, tasty and affordable meals. Unfortunately, Walt Disney World Resort does not maintain a list of allergy-friendly restaurants, but I have found that allergyeats.com/disney is a good place to start to put together a plan of what restaurants may be best suited for your family. When you get to the restaurant, notify the Cast Member of the allergies in your party and they will have ingredient list for each item on the menu.

If you are visiting Disney's Animal Kingdom, be sure to visit the Gardens Kiosk. It has allergy-safe items on its menu and its Cast Members can also help you find restaurants within the park that can accommodate your family. Please note that the allergy menu has temporarily been relocated to the Discovery Island Kiosk during park refurbishments. I would recommend checking with Guest Relations when you get to the park to see where the allergy kiosk is currently located.

If your family needs to accommodate multiple food allergies, please contact the Special Diet Team at Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com so they can help you plan your trip.

Unfortunately, printed park maps are no longer available to be ordered. However, there are digital maps on the My Disney Experience mobile app and on the Walt Disney World resort website.

Have a magical day and come back to see us if you have any more questions!
