We have reservations for March, I’m wondering how do we make times for shows etc? I have made reservations for certain parks on certain days, however, I’m a bit confused about waiting for time slots for certain rides

Greetings Diana! Welcome to planDisney! I bet you are getting so excited for your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation in March! When you visit, make sure to check out the EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival! This event occurs between March 2 - July 4 and you can enjoy amazing food served at outdoor kitchens, gorgeous topiaries, and live entertainment!

As you mentioned, you will need to make your Disney Theme Park Reservation in advance. Once you are in the parks, you can use the Disney Genie and Disney Genie+ services to book experiences, view wait times, and plan out your day!  Disney Genie and Disney Genie+ are built into the My Disney Experience app and are super easy to use. When you are in the app, there is a custom "Tip Board" that will show you the nearby attractions, standby line times, and even height requirements. Within the app, you have two options for Lightning Lane: You can purchase it for the day for $15 plus tax (USD) per Guest or purchase it for individual attractions. With Lightning Lane, you can choose an arrival window for select attractions and entertainment.

For example, when I was in Magic Kingdom last week, I purchased Lightning Lane and was able to snag a reservation for Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin and Peter Pan's Flight! I booked the experiences within the app and arrived at the attraction at the assigned time. If you choose not to purchase Lightning Lane, you can still use the Disney Genie service to see the standby line times, showtimes, and nearby dining!

I hope you have a magical vacation!
