Hello, Maria!
Welcome to planDisney! We're glad to have you here. It sounds like your group is definitely a magical party!
With a large group planning to visit the
Disneyland Resort, I would reach out to get some extra planning help from Cast Members. There are two different options, depending on what type of group you are bringing to the parks:
- Disney Imagination Campus helps with ticket requests for student groups. You can submit a ticket request online, and there are additional experiences like leadership training and performing arts workshops that you can add on!
- If you aren't bringing a student or youth group, I recommend contacting Disney Meetings & Events. They can help you plan a visit for a larger group and advise you about the best ways to manage tickets.
You can also contact either of these groups by phone for more information
using the numbers listed online. As far as linking your tickets, I recommend planning out smaller groups and having a leader for each one who has everyone's tickets linked to their Disney account.
The Disneyland Mobile App limits parties for
Virtual Queues to 10, so that's the highest number of tickets I would have in each group. Additionally, I would make sure that everyone downloads the app and links their own ticket to their account so that they'll be able to enter and exit the parks if they decide to go with a different group.
To link a ticket to an account you can use the Disneyland website
"Link Tickets" page under the "My Disneyland" tab on the main page. You can also link tickets using the Disneyland Mobile App by selecting "Tickets and Passes" and then tapping "Link Tickets & Passes" to add a ticket to your account.
I hope this information helps you and your grand party have a magical visit to the parks, Maria!
Keep moving forward!
Amanda
