Hi! We have reservations for Liberty Tree Tavern at 4:15pm and would like to watch the afternoon parade before we go. Where do you recommend we watch the parade? Do we have enough time to watch the parade and then make it to LIberty Tree Tavern for res?

    Karina:

    You are in luck!

The afternoon parade begins at 3:00 p.m. and makes it way from Frontierland near Liberty Tree Tavern to the front of the castle and down Main Street. You will begin to see ropes in the area of Frontierland and Liberty Square about an hour before parade time. Any where along the tavern side of the parade route will be a good spot. You can see the parade as it makes it way to the turn in the square but more importantly, be on the side of the restaurant, as you won't be able to cross the street during the parade. The parade will have made it through by the time you need to be at Liberty Tree Tavern a few minutes early for your dining reservation.

    Wishing y'all a magical vacation!

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
