Hi Michelle!
It sounds like you have a vacation coming up soon and is nothing like the
Walt Disney World Resort during the holiday season! You will be able to enjoy beautiful decorations, special holiday entertainment and tasty treats during your trip. Be sure to pay attention to all of the amazing Christmas trees throughout Walt Disney World Resort as they are each uniquely decorated to match the theming of their location.
On select evenings in November and December, Magic Kingdom hosts
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party and on those nights, Magic Kingdom will close at 6:00 p.m. for party. After 6:00 p.m., only Guests with tickets to that evening's party will be able to enjoy the theme park's attractions, entertainment and dining. Unfortunately, since dining reservations and meal costs do not include theme park admission, you will not be able to enjoy your dinner reservation at 6:50 p.m. unless you have a ticket to that evening's party.
If you aren't interested in purchasing tickets to the party, I would recommend that you consider making a reservation for one of the incredible restaurants located in one of the Disney Resort hotels near Magic Kingdom. My family and I recently enjoyed a wonderful dinner at
The Wave... of American Flavors, which often has availability for last-minute reservations. Or, you could head over to
Disney Springs to enjoy one of its fantastic dining experiences!
Let us know if you have additional questions as you continue counting down to your trip. T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
