We have reservations for late August. If a discount comes out (room or free meals) and there is availability to change hotels to take advantage of the discount, do we lose the ADRs that we previously made 180 days out?

Hi Melinda! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Although August can be a warm time of year my family always seems to have an unforgettable time! If you are lucky enough to go after the southern kids go back to school, you may find that crowd levels seem to be a bit more manageable!

I do love that you have already booked your reservation. If I know that there is a time that I want to visit I always book my Resort hotel even if there aren’t any Special Offers at the time of booking. If a Special offer is released and there is availability, the Reservation specialists have always been very helpful in allowing me to update my reservation.

You will not lose your Dining Reservations even if you update your reservation. All guests are able to book their Dining Reservations 180 days before their arrival date.

I hope that you and your family have a magical time!
