We have reservations for July 5 through 9, 2022. When can I start making dining reservations?

Hey there Edward, and welcome to planDisney! You’ve asked about two of my favorite things: food and Disney food! For me, it’s always the perfect time to be looking forward to our next Disney Dining reservation.

Edward, Guests can begin booking Advanced Dining Reservations 60 days before their Walt Disney World Arrival date. So for your arrival date of July 5, 2022, the advanced dining reservation window will open on May 6, 2022, at 5:45 a.m. EST. If you are staying in a Disney Resorts Collection Hotel as part of your vacation, you can make dining reservations for your entire vacation when your reservation window opens. If you are not able to find availability at your desired restaurant, no worries. Keep checking back because Dining Reservation availability is constantly changing. We always find much more dining availability as our arrival date approaches. I also recommend looking for availability within 24 hours of the day and time that you’d like to dine. Many restaurants will show more availability as plans change and booked parties end up canceling their reservations! If you need a restaurant recommendation, Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin' in Disney Springs is the first to come to mind. This restaurant has some really solid southern cuisine and fantastic hummingbird cake. Be sure to save space for a slice of dessert.

I hope this helps, Edward! If you have more questions while planning your vacation, come back by and ask me! After all, you’ve got a friend in me!
