I have reservations for January 2014 w/free dining. Have had free dining before and done Hoop de Doo. I remember it using two meals on plan, but I don't remember paying ahead. In trying to make reservations now, I have to pay. Is it not on the plan now

    Hi Trisha!

The Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue is one of my family's favorite dinner shows!  It's so much fun!!

It is still on the Disney Dining Plan, but not on the Quick-Service only plan.  Usually, the Dining Plan can only be used for Category 2 and Category 3 seatings.  (Category 1 is on the floor and closer to the stage)  Sometimes, they will let you use the Dining Plan credits for the latest shows Category 1 seating.  Otherwise, Category 1 seating requires pre-payment.

Here is the breakdown of credits used per Dining Plan type:

    Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan
    Disney Dining Plan 2
    Disney Deluxe Dining Plan 2
    Disney Premium Plan 1
    Disney Platinum Plan 1

I hope this helps answer your question.  If you still don't have any luck, you can call 407-WDW-DINE to get more information.
