How do we make reservations with ITT/MWR military tickets for large group

    Greetings, Vanessa!

It’s so nice to see another military family visiting us at planDisney, welcome. Oh boy, I’m so excited that your family is planning a visit to The Happiest Place on Earth. The best part is, the Disneyland Resort offers an incredible deal for eligible military members and their families.

Eligible service members, or their spouses, (but not both), may purchase no more than 6 Disney Military Promotional Tickets. What you will need to do is visit your local U.S. Military base ticket office to purchase these tickets. Don’t forget to bring your military ID with you to purchase them. You’ll also need to bring your military ID with you when you visit the Disneyland Resort.

Once you have your tickets in hand, you will need to link them to your Disney account so that you can schedule your theme park reservations. I recommend using the Disneyland mobile app to link your tickets. You’ll begin by signing in to your account and selecting the 3 horizontal lines on the bottom right of the app. Then select ‘Tickets and Passes’, from there you will select ‘Link Tickets and Passes’ and scan the barcode of your tickets. Once the tickets are linked, you will hit the ‘+’ sign on the bottom of the app and select ‘Make a Park Reservation’. You will then select the dates and parks you wish to visit. After confirming your dates, you’re all set!

As the planner in my family, I usually link everyone’s ticket to my account. If you would like, each family member can link their ticket to their account as well. You’ll just need to share the ticket information with them. Vanessa, please keep in mind that the eligible service member must be present, on the first day of the visit, to activate the tickets with their military ID. After that, you’re all set!

Have a great visit and if there’s anything else we can help with, don’t hesitate to ask!

Hi ya Pals! I'm Shantel, an Army wife and mom of two. I grew up going to the parks, and now we're sharing that tradition with our kids. When I am not visiting the Walt Disney World Resort, I'm at home researching and planning for our next trip. One of my favorite things to do is search for new snacks to try, especially if they are Mickey shaped. I'm definitely living the dream my heart wished for! I cannot wait to answer your questions and help make your vacation even more magical!
