Howdy, Tara! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thanks for moseying on over to ask us another question. We always love it when our friends come back and see us!
Oh my word, Tara, it looks like you'll be arriving at the Walt Disney World Resort tomorrow! Just think, in a few short hours, you'll be passing under that Walt Disney World welcome sign that signals your vacation has officially begun. You must be so excited!
Chip 'n' Dale's Campfire Sing-A-Long is lots of fun, and a great way to cap off an evening at
Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground. As to whether or not you can make it after the 6:15 p.m. seating of the
Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue, I'm going to give you a very wishy-washy answer: Maybe. Dinner at Hoop-Dee-Doo (which is awesome, by the way!) runs about an hour and 45 minutes, and the Sing-A-Long is starting this week at 8 p.m. You'll need to hoof it out of Pioneer Hall right after the show and catch an
internal bus over to the
Meadow Trading Post, then walk through the shop to the campfire site a short distance behind it. Depending on how long you have to wait for the bus, you may just make it, or you may be a few minutes late. I say it's worth a try! If you are a little late, the fires will still be lit, so you can roast some marshmallows, and you can always catch the movie that starts soon after the Sing-A-Long.
Whatever you do though, Tara, just relax and enjoy your vacation. As Timon and Pumbaa say, "
Hakuna Matata - no worries!"
I hope this helps you make plans to enjoy all the fun "The Fort" has to offer, Tara. Have a blast this week on your vacation, and please come see us again if you have any questions!
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
