    We have reservations for Hoop DD and just recently found out friends will be at the parks the same day & would like to join us. They were able to book a reservation. How do we make sure we are seated together w/ 2 res. #s? We all have the dining pla

    Hi Laurie! We have done this a few times in the past and if we didn't get the same table due to size of group the restaurant was kind enough to get us close or next to each other. The best way to be together is to see if you can get a new reservation that covers the total number of seats needed for both parties. Even then if the group is large you might be at two tables. This means that one party will have to put it all on one credit card and you settle between yourselves. Never cancel an existing reservation untnil you have a new one! You can go through this process on line and the last step will tell you that there is an existing reservation and which would you like to cancel. You can also work on it by calling the Disney dining number at 407-934-3463. If you don't want to fool with changing your original ressie then ask that it is noted on your reservation that you would like to link it with your friends. It is best if you have their reservation number to add to the information. The last chance is at the check-in outside of the Hoop Dee Doo. Mention to the cast member that there are two families who you had linked togther that would like to either sit together or next to each other. They will do all they can to make this happen as long as the reservations are for the same category which I assume you are since you both have the dining plan. Enjoy this great dinner show...one of my family's favorites!!
