    I have reservations on hold that require my deposit today. How may I pay the deposit?

    Hi, Cindy! You're as welcome as can be here at planDisney! Sounds like you're ready to get your Walt Disney World Resort vacation plans off the ground. Let's help you make your Disney dreams come true!

    If you have a Disney Resort hotel reservation that shows up in your My Disney Experience account, you may be able to make your payment there. Just log in to your account and look under "My Plans." If you see your reservation and a prompt to make your payment, you're good to go. However, I think it's likely that you may need to speak directly to a Cast Member to finish booking your reservation. In that case, you can call Guest Relations at (407) 939-1936, and they'll be happy to take your payment over the phone.

    Cindy, once you have your Resort hotel squared away, you'll still have lots of magical plans to make. That's where planDisney comes in!
