Sarah from MO Asked Note: This answer was provided prior to the change to planDisney and may still contain references to Disney Parks Moms Panel.

We have reservations at 8:40 am at Be Our Guest in MK and park opens at 9:00. How soon can we enter the park? 30 minutes prior to our reservation? I know to meet at the "reservations" line near the front gate.

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Sarah! I’ve got some great news for you! Your breakfast reservation in Magic Kingdom will be super easy for you to get to!

When Magic Kingdom opens at 9am, Main Street, U.S.A. will open as early as 8 or 8:15 am, allowing guests to pass through touchpoints, security and wander into the entrance of the Park. You will find your dining reservations Cast Member inside the Park closer to the Central Hub where around 8:25, you’ll want to show them your reservation linked to your MagicBand so you can properly check into Be Our Guest at 8:30am, 10 minutes before your seating time. That means you’ll have about 20 minutes to explore Main Street, U.S.A., smell the Popcorn and perhaps make sure your FastPass+ reservations are set for the day.

If I can recommend a plan of action for your day at Magic Kingdom, please let me know. I have a mile-long to do list for my upcoming visit that I’m ready to sort through! I’ll see ya real soon! ~ Lindsey P.
