We have reservations 6/27-7/3/15 w/ group of 16.We are staying at the ASMusic but thinking about changing to the Sports because the Sports is the 1st bus stop.Is this a good idea? Are there any sports events going on during this time?

Hello Mildred, thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Sports fans rejoice, no matter the season there are always sports events going on at Walt Disney World.

I recently stayed at Disney's All-Star Music Resort, which is right in-between All-Star Sports and All-Star Movies. You are correct in that All-Star Sports is the first stop when the resorts share a bus route. However, I can only remember a couple of times that we actually shared a bus. During peak park times there are multiple Disney Transportation buses that are designated for each of the All-Star resorts, meaning the buses are not shared.

For many people, bus stop order is very important and will dictate where they choose to stay. Whether or not you should change your resort hotel reservations based on the bus stop is completely up to your preference. I had a chance to visit each of the All-Star Resorts during my stay, and they were all nicely themed and had great food courts.

I hope this helps, and if you have any more questions, please feel free to stop by.

Have a magical Walt Disney World vacation!
