I want to make reservations for me and my grand kids but I don't see on the Disney page, how to do it can I get some help please

Welcome to planDisney, Carlos! Thanks for taking the time to drop by with your question for us.

It makes me so happy to see you’re planning to take your grandchildren to The Happiest Place on Earth, Carlos! My children have very fond memories from their trips to the Disneyland Resort with their grandparents. I see you heard the wonderful news that Disneyland Resort theme parks will reopen on April 30, 2021. It’s been so long since we were able to stroll down Main Street, U.S.A. and marvel at the sight of Sleeping Beauty’s Castle. I’m guessing you and your grandchildren are excited to return to Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park as well!

Right now, Carlos, new ticket sales remain temporarily paused. Although Disney announced the theme parks will reopen on April 30, 2021 and Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa will welcome Guests starting April 29, 2021, we have not yet heard details as to when new ticket sales will resume or what the process of making park reservations will be. That might explain why you were encountering issues on the Disneyland official website. Since the reopening date is just around the corner, I bet we will hear announcement from Disneyland really soon! I recommend checking Disneyland.com and Disney Parks Blog regularly for the latest park news. We should be hearing additional information really soon!

Once more details have been released by Disneyland Resort, please come visit us again on planDisney if you have further questions. We’re all EARs.

    See ya real soon,
    Kiki

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

Greetings from Northern California! I have been fascinated by the magic of Disney since I was a little girl; now that I am a mother of two, I love watching my children experience Disney Parks through their own eyes. I am also surrounded by fellow Disney-loving nurse friends whom I enjoy quick adults-only Disneyland Resort escapes with. Whether you are planning your once-in-a-lifetime family trip or a short adults-only getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth, I am here to help!
