We have reservations for Grand Floridian arriving October 9, 2022 for 8 nights. We are not able to make dining reservations past our arrival night. What is the problem?

Hey there, Austin, and welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by the panel with your question! It’s always great to see a fellow Alabamian here planning out their next Walt Disney World Vacation!

Austin, it looks like that pesky Stitch is up to his shenanigans again! Since you are staying in a Disney Resorts Collection hotel as part of your vacation, you can make dining reservations for your entire stay when your dining reservation window opens! Since your window is open and you are running into some issues making reservations for your entire stay, I have a few troubleshooting steps for you to try. First, have you restarted your computer? I’m just joking, but I couldn’t resist. I would first try to book the reservation from the primary account holders My Disney Experience account. In my experience, there have been a few rare instances where I was unable to make dining reservations because the resort reservation was booked under my wife's My Disney Experience account. In these cases, you want to make sure that you’re properly linked as a Guest on the reservation and the Family & Friends list with your vacation party. They may be trying to secretly leave you behind! Additionally, if you have multiple resort hotel reservations as part of a split-stay, you will have multiple dining reservation windows. If you continue to run into issues, I suggest speaking with a My Disney Experience Cast Member for further assistance!

I hope this helps, Austin! If you have more questions while planning your Disney Vacation, stop back by and let me know

You’ve got a friend in me,
