Hello again, Leinani!
Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Dah!
Goofy's Kitchen is my family’s favorite Disneyland Resort
Character Dining experience. The food is delicious. And you are going to have a wonderful time with Goofy and his friends.
You can request a parking validation when you check in at the restaurant for up to three hours of complimentary parking at the
Disneyland Hotel, including valet parking. However, if you wish to head straight to the theme parks following your breakfast reservation and you already have
parking vouchers for regular
theme park parking, I recommend
not using your Disneyland Hotel parking privileges. Moving your vehicle from the hotel parking to the theme park parking would take up some of your valuable park time for that morning. Instead, I recommend you use your parking voucher to park at one of the parking structures. They will be open 90 minutes prior to the earliest theme park opening. So there should be plenty of time to arrive at the parking structure and make the short walk over to the Disneyland Hotel.
If possible, I recommend trying to park in the new
Pixar Pals Parking Structure. But even if you end up in the Mickey & Friends Parking Structure, you will be able to walk to the Pixar Pals Parking Structure and utilize the beautiful, new
pedestrian bridge over Magic Way that will take you toward the west end of the
Downtown Disney District.
Tony’s Tip: As you walk down the ramp from the pedestrian bridge, you will approach the security screening area going into Downtown Disney District. If the line for security is more than a few minutes, you could backtrack a little and walk around the perimeter toward the Disneyland Hotel. But usually, security at that location doesn’t take too long. So you could go ahead and enter Downtown Disney District and make a right-hand turn toward the Disneyland Hotel instead of the left turn that would take you toward the theme parks.
Thank you for entrusting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your Disneyland Resort vacation questions. I’m so excited about your upcoming visit for the
Holidays at the Disneyland Resort. I hope you enjoy a
Mickey Gingerbread Man for me!
Have a magical time at the “Merriest Place on Earth,” Leinani!
