Hi, Crystal! Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
You are going to have so much fun dining at Goofy’s Kitchen! The buffet has tons of tasty options and the character interaction with Goofy and his pals is such a hoot. If you want to enjoy the parks after your breakfast and not have to move your car, your best bet will be to
park in the Mickey and Friends parking structure. You can then take the walking path to the Disneyland Hotel. Guests with dining reservations are able to park for free for up to three hours at the hotel in case you decide that moving your car after breakfast will be more convenient. You might also consider taking a ride share like Uber or Lyft to get you from your hotel to your breakfast reservation and then you won’t have to worry about parking at all.
If your meal at Goofy’s Kitchen inspires your kids to become chefs themselves, check out the
Jr. Chef experience as part of the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival. Kids ages 3 to 11 are invited to work with Chef Goofy to whip up a fun treat. They get to follow the recipe, mix the ingredients, and take home their very own baked item. Plus, the best part is this is absolutely free! Space is limited, though, and available on a first-come, first-served basis. On April 5, this event is scheduled at 12:45 p.m., 1:45 p.m., and 3:45 p.m., but double check the times guide when you arrive at the park.
I hope this information was helpful! Have a magical time at the Happiest Place on Earth!
