    our reservations are gone can you help

    I am so sorry to hear that your reservation is gone, and believe me, I am sending loads of pixie dust your way in hopes that it gets resolved.

    A few questions come to mind, and with that, I can try to walk you through some ways I have been able to resolve any issues I have had with my reservations. Did you make the reservation, and it was accidentally canceled, and a refund was provided? If this is the case, you can go in and rebook the same reservation (provided there is availability). My next question, is the vacation reserved, but you just can’t see it in your My Disney Experience account? This should be an easy fix because the reservation should still be out there and still intact. I always check the My Disney Experience app and the website, just in case. If all else fails, definitely call Disney Resort Hotel Reservations at (407) 939-1936 and speak with a cast member who will be able to assist you with retrieving your reservation.
