We have reservations for Fort Wilderness & tickets for the parks. We received an email that we would be sent a "travel packet". As of today we have not gotten it. Were we supposed to have it by now and what was supposed to be in it?

Howdy Paul, and welcome to planDisney! Thanks for moseying on by on your way to Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort.

If you booked a vacation package directly on the Walt Disney World website, or by calling the magic makers themselves at (407) 939-5277, then you should have all the information you need in your e-mail confirmation to giddyup and go. You'll want to make sure all ticket and resort reservation numbers are linked to your My Disney Experience account, and after using online check-in, you can go directly to your cabin or campsite. If you aren't bringing MagicBands with you, be sure to stop by the front desk of your resort or Guest Relations to pick up Key to the World Cards. You'll need these to redeem theme park admission. The front desk can also assist with any Magical Extras that might be included in your package. If you used an outside travel professional to reserve your vacation, I recommend getting in touch with the agency directly to ensure they have sent everything included with your booking.

As you make final preparations to head on down to pioneer paradise, I recommend checking out some of the Panel Extras and following planDisney on social media for some last-minute tips to make the most of your vacation. Need advice on what to pack or suggestions for the best items to order at some of our favorite restaurants? We've got you covered! I hope this has been helpful, Paul, and if there's anything else we can help with, come by and see us again. We're all ears!

    Happy trails,
    Betsy
