    We have reservations at Fort Wilderness. We purchased 5 park tickets and linked them to our reservation, but only 4 are showing. How do we get the 5th ticket on the reservation. We tried linking them again, but it states that conf # is already linked?

    Whether you're staying at The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort or The Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort, you're in for quite a magical experience. In my opinion, this resort offers more recreational activities and events for Guests than any of the other Disney Resort HotelsThe Fort Wilderness Archery Experience is a crowd pleaser for older children, while the littlest explorers might love to take their first pony ride! Cap off your night with Chip 'N' Dale's Campfire Sing-a-long and you'll have a happy, sleepy family by nightfall!

    With all of the great resort activities you have to look forward to, I'm sorry that you're having trouble linking your park tickets. Unfortunately, since your confirmation number has already been used once, the My Disney Experience system will no longer accept that number again. In this case, I think we'll need to enlist the help of our Fairy Godparents, also known as Walt Disney World Cast Members. You have a few options to contact them.

    First, you can call the existing tickets line to speak over the phone and resolve the issue. Though there may be a bit of a wait, this would likely be the most effective form of communication and lead to a definite resolution!

    Second, you could fill out this email form and a Cast Member will respond personally. For your specific issue, I'd choose "Linking Existing Tickets" as the subject line for the form. This option may take just a tad longer to hear back than a phone call.
