Hey there, Sue! I’m so happy to welcome you to planDisney. It sounds like you’re bringing quite a crew to Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort! There’s nothing quite like a big gathering with family and friends at the Most Magical Place on Earth!
In order to book two
cabins and a
full hook-up campsite, you’ll need to make three separate reservations. Then you can
call to speak with a friendly Cast Member or
chat on the My Disney Experience app to ask to have the reservations linked. It’s important to note that the cabins and campsites are on different loops, but the resort may be able to assign you cabins near one another (subject to availability). I would also recommend speaking with a Cast Member when you check in at the resort if you would like to request to be near one another. While there is no guarantee, Cast Members do their best to accommodate requests based upon availability.
The cancellation policy will depend upon your reservation type. If you book a vacation package, you can cancel for a full refund up to 30 days in advance. For room-only reservations (which means just your cabin or campsite), you will have the option to cancel up to 8 days in advance.
While you’re at Fort Wilderness, there are endless fun activities for your group to enjoy together. Panelist Wes offered these suggestions for his
top five activities. My favorite is
Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue! What an exciting night it would be for your whole group to have dinner together and see the show. Reservations open 60 days in advance, so be sure to plan ahead if you want to check it out!
