Hi! We have reservations at the Flying Fish Cafe for 2 adults and 2 children. I understand this restaurant requires 2 table service credits for each adult. If we pay out-of-pocket for the children's meals, is their price equal to the price in the menu?

Even though you have the Disney Dining Plan, you can opt to pay out-of-pocket for any meals that you wish.

A child's meal at Flying Fish Cafe can be ordered from the Kids Menu. You'll pay for whatever items that they order as you would when dining without the plan. See the above link for menu prices.
