Hi, Kevin! Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question. My pals and I are here to help.
First of all,
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique has become such a treasured experience for my daughter when she has sailed. I'm thrilled you are considering booking a magical makeover for some of the sailors in your travel party. Take lots of pictures!
In my experience, when I have been booking an activity and seen a friend or family member listed, but they have been greyed out, it has been one of two reasons. The guest might not be the appropriate age for the experience, or, the guest's activity booking window may have not yet opened.
Activity Booking Windows are determined by
Castaway Club membership levels, and when we set sail with friends with different membership levels than us, I have experienced what you are describing.
If the examples I have mentioned do not apply to your situation, please give the friendly agents at
Disney Cruise Line a call for some additional assistance. They can wave their magic wands and set things straight.
I've found that a Disney Cruise is the perfect vacation for a larger travel party because there will be
something for everyone to enjoy and you can spend as much time together (or apart!) as you desire. There will be moments for shared entertainment experiences and time to relax and recharge. You can refer to the Daily Activity Schedule within the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app once you are on the ship to plan out your days. You can even use the chat feature within the app to gather the group for ice cream breaks!
Have an amazing vacation, Kevin. Please sail our way again if you have additional questions. We'll do our best to help.
Happy Planning,
Adrianna
