Howdy Renee!
Welcome to
planDisney! Thank you for stopping by and sharing your question with us!
I am so sorry to hear that your family has been ill! I hope everyone is feeling much better now! I know it is always difficult when family members get sick, especially when you have planned a visit to “The Happiest Place on Earth!”
I have some great news that I think will apply to your situation! It looks like you have theme park tickets that have never been used. As long as you have wholly unused theme park tickets, then you will be able to
call the
Disneyland Resort, and a Cast Member will be able to assist! The Cast Member will be able to change your theme park ticket dates, and you can settle any price differences at that time!
Before you change the dates of your theme park tickets, check the
Disneyland Theme Park Availability Calendar to ensure that your new dates are available! Once you have your new theme park tickets and see availability, I recommend making your Disneyland Theme Park Reservation as soon as possible! As Mickey continues to welcome guests “
Returning to a Land of Magic,” the
Disneyland Theme Park Reservation System monitors theme park capacity! Due to this arrangement, we never know when specific dates may fully book up!
As you and your family continue to recover and plan your next visit to the Disneyland Resort, check the
Disney Parks Blog to stay informed of everything to see and do on the horizon! If you have any more questions, please come back to planDisney! We look forward to helping you again, Renee!
See Ya Real Soon,
Tamela
