Lacretia,
Welcome to planDisney! I am happy to talk about dining at the Walt Disney World Resort!
I am sorry to hear that you are having difficulty making
advanced dining reservations. Given that you have some time until your arrival, I am wondering if you are trying to make a reservation for a larger party? Making reservations for larger groups can be a challenge. I typically divide our party into smaller "dining groups" and then make reservations in groups of four or five. I search for reservations around the same time and I select a different member of our group to be the lead Guest on each reservation.
The last time I travelled with a group of 27, I
contacted a Cast Member by phone to get some assistance. With that trip, I also accepted the fact that we did not all need to dine together for every meal. We planned one large meal together and then folks had flexibility to dine whenever they wanted. If you use
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering, you could have a few folks in your party in charge of ordering for the group. Just make sure the folks who order the food select the same or nearly the same arrival time window if they want to eat together!
On our last few visits, we have loved using
Mobile Dine Check-in to check-in for our dining reservations. So be sure that you have the
My Disney Experience Mobile App downloaded. I have also used the
Mobile Dine Walk-up Availability feature to check for dining availability while in the parks and resorts.
Lacretia, I hope you find some available times! If you still cannot find any available times, I would suggest
contacting a Cast Member in Website Support. Given the number of restaurants available, there are usually reservations somewhere. Remember to try
Disney Springs restaurants also. At Disney Springs, we adore The Edison and Chef Art Smith's Homecomin'. Sharpen your superhero search skills and keep trying to make those dining reservations. We are so excited to welcome you for an
Incredible Disney visit!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
