Hello, Carolina!

I'm not sure which agency you are using, but I book directly with Walt Disney World, and I have often called back to request a specific building or general area at our resort when we are closer to our stay.

I'd call your original booking agency and request that they contact Disney and add your request to your reservation. While this is never a guarantee, at least the front desk Cast Members will have a record of your personal preferences when the rooms become available on the day of your check in.
