Hi, there!
Thanks for bringing us another question, Mary Ellen. We just love helping you plan your upcoming visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
A Disney vacation with a big group is sure to be BIG fun. It can certainly require a bit more planning, though! Let's chat about booking a dining reservation for your large party.
A meal at
Cinderella's Royal Table is fit for royalty. With stunning architecture and decadent food, it makes for a fairytale dining experience! Reservations at this unique dining location can be made for up to 20 Guests. That said, a dining reservation for Cinderella's Royal Table can be rather difficult to secure, even for small parties! Dining reservations can be made 60-days ahead of time, beginning at 6:00 AM (ET). To better your chances of booking that hard-to-get dining reservation, make sure you're logged in to your
My Disney Experience account shortly before that time. In my experience, it helps to have a hot cup of coffee in hand (in a Disney mug, of course!). If you're not able to book a reservation for 18 Guests, try splitting your group into two smaller parties for the same reservation window. When you arrive to your reservation, you can just let the Cast Member at the check-in stand know that you're actually one large party together.
It's important to note that booking a reservation at Cinderella's Royal Table requires pre-payment for all Guests listed on the reservation. I don't want you to be shocked when you see the charges listed!
My top tip for large parties traveling to the Walt Disney World Resort is to purchase
Memory Maker. With this
Disney PhotoPass product, the whole group can get in on the shot! Memory Maker ensures you will have all the precious memories you make together to keep and cherish forever.
I hope this was helpful, Mary Ellen. Please let us know if you have any other questions about your Disney vacation!
