We have reservations for Disneyland on October 7th. Do we need proof of vaccination that day?

    Hi Arlette!

Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by en route to your festive fall adventure to the Happiest Place on Earth. During this boo-tiful time of year, all who visit Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park will need a few things to make their theme park dreams come true.

First, to manage capacity, theme park reservations are required for entry. Additionally, all visitors ages 2 and older must adhere to face-covering requirements. A full list of current health and safety protocols can be found here. Finally, be sure to download the latest version of the Disneyland Mobile App so you can complete Mobile Food & Beverage Orders and join virtual queues in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge and Avengers Campus.

At this time, proof of vaccination is not needed to enter Disneyland Resort or its theme parks. The State of California recommends that all visitors to theme parks be vaccinated against Covid-19 or obtain a negative Covid-19 test result before arrival, but neither is a requirement for entry. As guidance from local and national public health organizations evolves, I'll be keeping my eyes on the Experience Updates page to monitor changes.

I hope this is helpful, Arlette. I know it's been a year full of more twists and turns than Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, but it seems like we're slowing exiting the wildest ride in the wilderness and landing on more stable ground. Best wishes for a safe and healthy visit next week. We look forward to seeing ya real soon!
