Hi Lauren,
Thanks for visiting planDisney! I have a princess-obsessed daughter, so I am all too familiar with the joy that comes with seeing your favorite Disney Princess. I'm happy to help with tips and tricks to help you nab a reservation.
As you mentioned, the
Disney Princess Breakfast Adventures will be temporarily moving to the Trillium Room in the
Grand Californian in April 2025, as Napa Rose undergoes
renovations to its facilities. I recommend calling the Grand Californian a couple days before your trip to confirm if the move has taken place yet or if a more concrete date for the move has been set. For those who have been to the Breakfast Adventures in the past, this will most likely be a different experience. From my understanding, the patio area was often used for story time and princess photos. The Trillium Room is missing that element, so we will have to wait and see how the breakfast experience will be in this new location.
Dining reservations can usually be made about 60 days in advance, and sometimes as early as 6 AM. The Princess Breakfast is very popular, and reservations get picked up quickly, so it’s very likely reservations have been filled. I know that might be disappointing news, but don’t let that discourage you, Lauren! Keep
checking for reservations (especially the night before), as people may change their plans, and a spot could open up. The Princess Breakfast also offers same-day reservations on a limited basis (subject to availability). Breakfast is served from Thursday through Monday, from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM, so try to get there close to opening to give yourself the best chance of getting a same-day reservation.
Lauren, I hope this information is helpful. Be sure to pop by the
World of Disney and check out the new
Princess Spirit Jersey for your little one. I got one for my daughter, and she is obsessed with it! If you have any other questions or need help planning other aspects of your trip, feel free to reach out to me or one of my fellow panelists. We’d be happy to share our thoughts.
Wishing you luck!
