I have 2 reservations for different arrival dates as I don’t know yet my work schedule, I also booked dining reservations through the mde, what happens to my dining reservations when I cancel one of my reservations?

    Hey there, Peter!

Thanks for stopping in to planDisney with your question!

It's great to hear you have a Walt Disney World Resort vacation coming up. It's even more great to hear that you're a planning pro covering your different travel scenarios and making your Disney dining reservations.

No matter which of your two room-only reservations you keep, your Disney dining reservations will remain. If you have a room-only reservation at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel, and if you choose to cancel the reservation, any additional reservations you are holding, such as dining reservations, will not be cancelled unless you cancel them yourself or contact the Walt Disney World Resort and request to cancel them.

You should be able to cancel the hotel reservation you decide you do not need through your My Disney Experience account or using your My Disney Experience mobile app. You can also contact the Walt Disney World Resort by calling them at (407) 934-7639.

Peter, here's wishing you all the fun for a wonderful Walt Disney World Resort vacation. If you'd like any recommendations for your stay, ask us here at planDisney. We're happy to share suggestions based on our own Disney destination vacations.

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
