Hi Jamie,
It's so nice to see you stopping by planDisney with a great question!
First, let me say that I am sorry you are having trouble making
advanced dining reservations. If you have not done so already, check to make sure your vacation package or resort-only reservation is linked in your My Disney Experience account. Log into
My Disney Experience and click on My Plans. Then scroll to see if you see your reservation details. If you do not see it, then you need to link the reservation. To link it, find the confirmation number. It should have been emailed to you. Log into My Disney Experience, click on My Plans, and then click on Add More Plans. From there, select
Link Reservations and Purchases.
If your reservation is not linked in My Disney Experience, the reservation system cannot register that your
dining reservation window has opened. If your vacation package or resort-only reservation
is linked and you still cannot make dining reservations, I recommend that you
contact a Cast Member in Website Support by phone. Also, double-check to make sure you are logged into My Disney Experience. I always refresh to make sure I am logged in because sometimes it will look like I am logged in, but I am not and then I am unable to make dining reservations for the length of my stay (up to 10 days).
Jamie, I trust that you will get those dining reservations made. If some dining locations are not available when you try to book, do not panic. Cancelations do happen. So, keep checking. I have also used one of the online reservation finder services that searches for Disney dining reservations and have had some luck with those services. Sending you a little extra pixie dust to perfect your planning!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
