If we have reservations at the copper creek cabins, will we have acess to the club level concierge?

    Hi there, Joy!

Thanks so much for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with a question for us. We are happy to help!

If you're planning a trip to Walt Disney World Resort and staying at Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney's Wilderness Lodge, then you are in for a treat. This new addition to the Disney Vacation Club properties is absolutely amazing! I just know you and your family will have a fabulous time there.

Previously, Disney Vacation Club members had the option to add a concierge type service on to their reservation at Copper Creek Villas & Cabins. This service was offered at Reunion Station and was at an additional charge per Guest. However, the service is being discontinued at the end of this month and reservations are no longer being accepted. Disney's Wilderness Lodge does offer club level rooms, but these rooms are not part of the Disney Vacation Club.

I hope this helps to answer your question and if you think of anything else, just let us know. Have a magical day!
