    I have reservations at the Contemporary, with pass tickets and hopper tickets. I sign in to my account, with username and password, but I am not directed to a site which shows my reservations and opportunity for arm bands. How do I access

    Greetings James, and welcome to planDisney!

    Oh no! It looks like Stitch is up to no good again. I am so sorry to hear that you are having trouble accessing your plans in My Disney Experience. I would be happy to help you sort out your technical difficulties. 

    On a computer or laptop, log in to My Disney Experience and click on the My Plans tab. This will allow you to see all your plans at a glance. Just under your profile icon, you will see 5 buttons to review and add to your Family & Friends, Resort Hotel, Park Tickets, Park Reservations, and Dining. You can use these buttons to further add to your plans. 

    If you scroll down the page, you will see your Disney Resorts Collection Hotel reservations, your Planning Party, and the rest of your Plans, Tickets, and Reservations. If you are missing any plans, you can click on the Add More Plans button to link other reservations or experiences. 

    To order your pre-arrival discounted MagicBands, click on the MagicBands and Cards tab near the top of the page, by the search bar, or where you would sign out. Click the blue Get Started button to begin the selection process. Select a MagicBand for each Guest from the MagicBand available. Once you choose a band, it can be customized with your name or nickname. After you have made selections for everyone in your travel party, confirm and submit your order. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. Make sure that you have ordered a MagicBand for everyone in your party at the same time. If you decline a MagicBand for someone, you will not be able to order one later. Your customized MagicBands will arrive already linked to your My Disney Experience accounts. 

    Hopefully, this resolves your issues.
