Hello Brian,
It's great to see you here at planDisney!
The best way to see your reservations -- whether you're wanting to see your Walt Disney World Resort
hotel reservation or your
Disney Park Pass system theme park reservations -- is to use the "My Plans" feature in your My Disney Experience account.
When you sign in to your My Disney Experience account, you can select the
"My Plans" feature, and you should see a page of information with a title something like "Brian's Plans and Tickets" (the wording will depend on what your profile is named).
You should see two tabs in the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section. The "Daily Itinerary" tab should display your Resort hotel reservation check in and check out information and your Disney Park Pass system theme park reservations. The "Tickets & Memory Maker" tab should display theme park tickets that you have purchased.
To see your Resort reservations and theme park tickets, they will need to be linked to your My Disney Experience account. You can use the
"Let's Link Your Reservations and Purchases" feature to link your Resort reservation and theme park tickets as needed using the confirmation numbers.
You can also use the
My Disney Experience mobile app to view your reservations. In the main menu of the app (the three stacked lines), you can tap on the "Future Plans" tile to see the information.
Brian, I hope these tips are useful to help you see your reservations. If you find you need some additional help, you can contact the Walt Disney World Resort at (407)-934-7639. You can also chat with Cast Members to get assistance using the
chat service online.
Here's wishing you a fun and wonderful Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
Jerry
