Greetings, Margaret, welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, we thank you for this great question regarding special dietary requests at Walt Disney World Resort.
Firstly, you will have a fantastic time at
Club Villain at Disney's Hollywood Studios where the dancing and dining are sure to please you. I was surprised at how my son, who has Autism, enjoyed many of the selections such as the beef striploin, for example, and other foods above and beyond the
special dietary requests I had made in advance for our experience at Club Villain. May I suggest you contact Walt Disney World Resort Special Diets at
Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com to state your dietary requests in detail. Every effort will be made to accommodate your son to ensure he has a positive, comfortable and enjoyable experience. I also brought a few portable, snack-like items with me as back-up.
I rely heavily on Walt Disney World Resort's
Services for Guests with Cognitive Disabilities during our visits and find the
Guide for Guests with Cognitive Disabilities helpful in planning our visits. The design of the "What to Expect" on page 9 reminds me of a daily visual schedule board and the "What to Bring" on page 10 in perfect harmony with our specific needs, Margaret. As well, Disney's Disability Access Service
(DAS) accommodates my son's needs well.
Best Disney Wishes!
Jacqueline
