Hello! If I have reservations at Cinderella’s Royal Table at 8:30, will there be a path to get to a watch spot for Happily Ever After?

    Hello,

I’ll bet you are getting super excited for this visit that is just days away. Thank you for stopping by planDisney. Emily, this meal is going to be full magic as you get the royal treatment. Cinderella’s Royal Table is an enchanted meal inside of Cinderella Castle. You will be greeted by Cinderella and her friends during this experience. Dining in a medieval setting with stone arch ways and stained glass windows is going to be memorable. I really think the spiral staircase is a nice touch which makes it a little more regal. If you will have a young guest with you, they are encouraged to wear tiaras and dresses to match the event and to show off to all of the princesses. Don’t forget to practice the princess twirl. These experiences are roughly an hour long, but if you are planning on enjoying fireworks that evening  you willl want to make sure you are leaving the castle 20-30 minutes before showtime. Right now, Happily Ever After is scheduled for 10 PM on your arrival day. Always check the My Disney Experience App for the most accurate times. My recommendation is heading towards the Mad Tea Party and around to Tomorrowland. There is a bridge that leads you to the main hub. From there you will be able to find a spot to take in the show.

There are some other great locations a lot of families like to watch that a little more quiet. Some folks get in line for attractions where they can watch some of the show from. I have seen fireworks from the People Mover. I’ve also been lucky enough to watch it from Dumbo. Both of these days were an excellent change of pace to the traditional locations lining Main Street USA. Watching from behind the castle I feel is also underrated. There are a couple reasons you could watch from behind the castle, one being enjoying your meal to the fullest. Some like to watch from behind the castle so that they could get a jump on short lines for attractions like Seven Dwarfs Mine Train once the fireworks are completed.

I hope this is helpful information for your upcoming visit. If you have any other questions visit us again at planDisney.com.
