Hi Matthew -
Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question!
Having a breakfast reservation inside
Magic Kingdom Park before the official opening is a fantastic way to start your day! Disney allows guests with early breakfast reservations to enter the park even before
Early Theme Park Entry begins, making sure you have enough time to get to your dining location and enjoy your meal without rushing.
For a 9:00 AM breakfast reservation at
Cinderella’s Royal Table, you can usually expect to be allowed into the park between 8 - 8:30 AM. When you arrive at the park entrance, keep an eye out for the dedicated entrance line for guests with early dining reservations. Cast Members will be there to check your reservation details, so it’s helpful to have your confirmation number handy, be ready to show it on your
My Disney Experience app, or scan your MagicBand.
Once you’ve entered, you’ll be able to enjoy an almost-empty Main Street, U.S.A. before the rush of guests entering to explore the park. This is the perfect time to take in the sights and snap some photos in front of
Cinderella Castle without the usual crowds. Imagine starting your day with a peaceful stroll up Main Street, hearing the park come to life as you make your way to your royal breakfast - it’s like being in your very own fairy tale!
As you head into the castle, you’re greeted with a view of the grand dining hall, with beautiful stained glass windows, and soaring ceilings. This isn’t just any breakfast - it’s a royal feast! You’ll enjoy a delicious meal featuring options like Banana-Stuffed French Toast, assorted pastries, eggs, bacon, and more. While you dine, Cinderella and her princess friends will stop by to greet you, making it a morning you’ll never forget.
Starting your day at Cinderella’s Royal Table not only gives you a magical head start on the day but also allows you to meet some of your favorite Disney Princesses without waiting in long lines. After breakfast, you’ll already be in the heart of Magic Kingdom, ready to start exploring as soon as the park officially opens to all guests.
One more tip: When planning for your early reservation, remember to arrive at the Transportation and Ticket Center (TTC) - the dedicated parking lot for Magic Kingdom - about 60-90 minutes before your reservation time. This will give you enough time to park, go through security, and take either the monorail or ferry to the park entrance. Allow at least 30-45 minutes for travel from the TTC to Magic Kingdom, including security screening and transportation. By planning ahead, you’ll arrive relaxed and ready to enjoy a magical start to your day!
Having an early breakfast reservation is more than just about the food (although the food is definitely worth getting up early for!) - it's about making memories. Whether it's that perfect photo in front of Cinderella Castle or the joy of seeing your little one's face light up when meeting a real Disney Princess, it’s these moments that make the experience so special.
Enjoy your royal feast, and your day in The Most Magical Place on Earth!
