    Hi! We have reservations for Cinderella Royal Dining. I know I had to give a credit card when I reserved, but we are using the dining plan. How am I creditied?

    Hi Trish Ann!

    Way to go!  Cinderella's Royal Table at the Magic Kingdom is one of the most difficult Advanced Dining Reservations to obtain!

    If you told the Advanced Dining Reservation Cast Member that you were on the Disney Dining Plan when you made the reservation, then your credit card is only being used as a credit card guarantee for your reservation.

    For Cinderella's Royal Table and the dinner shows, a credit card is required to guarantee the reservation, and there is a one full day cancellation policy.  So, if you don't cancel within one full day of your reservation time, or if you just don't show up, your credit card will be charged in full.

    If everything has been done correctly, you will present your Disney Dining Plan cards to the Cast Members at Cinderella's Royal Table, and they will connect the charges to your Dining Plan, with no charges being placed on your credit card.

    However, if you did not tell the Advanced Dining Reservations Cast Member that you are on the Disney Dining Plan when you made the reservation, then they may have already processed the charges on your credit card.  If this is the case, you can simply call the Disney Reservations line, explain the situation, and they will credit your account for you.  I would make sure you hold on to any receipts you are given.
