We have reservations @ Chef Mickey's. Do we have to take the monorail or did I hear that there is a walking path? How long does it take to walk from MK to Chef Mickey's ? Which method is quicker? Thanks so much!

    Hi Jana!

Lucky you - Chef Mickey's is our favorite character meal!  If you are at the Magic Kingdom during a time when hoards of people are waiting to take the monorail, then I highly advise taking the walking path.  It is about a 5 minute stroll, but little ones may get tired if they are not in a stroller.  (I learned this the hard way!!!)  However, if there is no wait for the monorail, then hop on and enjoy the ride!  It will drop you off right smack in the middle of the Contemporary Resort and it is such an enjoyable experience.  No matter which route you choose, you will have a fabulous time at Chef Mickey's - say hi to Goofy for me!
