I have reservations at Chef Mickey's for dinner in September. There will be 2 adults and one child who is two years old. What is the charge per adult and for my 2-year old?

Hey there, hi there, ho there, Daina! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Let's visit our pals from the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse as we dine at Chef Mickey's!

If you ask me, Chef Mickey's is the crown jewel of Walt Disney World character dining. Feasting on the fabulous buffet and meeting the "Fab Five" of Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy and Pluto while the monorail glides by overhead is such a treat for our family. That reminds me...I need to make a reservation to eat here again soon!

When you visit the Chef Mickey's page on the Walt Disney World website, you'll see a price range listed rather than one single amount. This is because, like most buffet restaurants at Walt Disney World, the price of the meal actually changes based on the season, and even the day of the week. Your travel date in September should be on the lower end of the scale, but again, it depends on a couple of different factors. I've had some luck getting a better idea of the cost in the past by calling the Disney Dining phone number and giving my specific reservation date and time to a Cast Member.

As for your little Mouseketeer, there's no charge for children under 3 to share from the adults' plates.

I hope this helps your family have a Meeska-Mooska-Mouska good time at Chef Mickey's, Daina. Please stop by and see us again if you have any more questions.

    Have a magical day!

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
