We have reservations for Chef Mickey at 8:50pm on a Friday . We are driving to Epcot in morning. Is driving to Chef Mickey's from Epcot best option, hoping to ride monorail but afraid we won't get back to our car after dinner if monorail closes.

    Hi, Katie!

Dinner at Chef Mickey's will be a great way to end a magical day at Epcot. Since you will have a car, I would simply drive to Disney's Contemporary Resort. When you arrive at the security gate of the resort, the guard will direct you to visitor parking. When you enter the Contemporary, take the elevator to the 4th floor where Mickey and his pals will be waiting for you at dinner!

If you still want to squeeze in a monorail ride, feel free to hop on the resort monorail after dinner. You can conveniently board the monorail right inside the Contemporary.  It will stop at the Polynesian and the Grand Floridian, so although it will be late, you might want to exit at either of these resorts to take a look around. These resorts are so fabulous, you might never want to leave!  (Before boarding, ask a monorail pilot how late you can return via monorail to the Contemporary.)

Wishing you a fabulous night and tell Mickey that I said "Hi!"

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
