It sounds like you’ve got some villains working against your technology! Don’t you just hate it when that happens?! Luckily for you, I have princesses, princes, queens, kings, heroes, and Mickey Mouse himself on my side! Let’s see what we can do to locate your lost boy/girl and get them back on your My Disney Experience Mobile App!
Before you worry too much, I’d recommend trying to link the child’s information again, as it may not have gone through properly! See if that works first! If not, follow the tips below.
Sometimes, it just takes a little bit of refreshing to locate your missing Guest! I’d recommend logging out of the
My Disney Experience Mobile App, logging back in, and seeing if that properly loads your party members on your App! If it doesn’t, I’d even recommend going as far as deleting the My Disney Experience Mobile App from your device, re-downloading it, and trying again!
If you find that the child is still not appearing on your My Disney Experience Mobile App, I’d recommend calling Website Support at (407) 939-4357. They will be able to address your problem, and make sure your party is complete so you can successfully make
Disney Park Pass Reservations!
