We have reservations for the CBR beginning on Dec. 2 this year, I read that travel time to the parks may be more than one hour each way. Do you believe that to be true at this time of year? What other options should we think about?

Hi Becky - It can be difficult to figure out exactly how long it will take to get to the parks using the bus system. Often the longest part of the trip is just waiting for the bus to arrive - it can sometimes take up to 20 minutes. While I don't think you'll usually experience a 60 minute ride, I generally recommend that you plan for it to take up to 60 minutes if you are trying to time your arrival to make it in time for a reservation.

From the Caribbean Beach Resort, your options are either renting a car, or taking a cab, but I think you'll be fine with the buses.
